I had the BEST experience with Devin! He was super sweet, welcoming, and attentive without being pushy at all. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made my process smooth and stress free . Devin is efficient, knowledgeable, and has such a an amazing personality he made furniture shopping actually enjoyable! Where do I even begin, Mrs. Jen happily greeted me the moment i walked in, helped me through and through, walked me through each furniture I saw, and told me how the prices work as well, and when it came to check out Mrs. Jojo and Mrs. Denise helped me walked through the whole billing process, told me about white glove delivery, how much I needed to put down, and ect. These lady’s definitely know how to handle the work, and the business and the fact that everyone has a freaking awesome attitude, was was super sweet, and we’re fast pace with the check out process, made the whole trip to here super easy, amd fun made MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE HERE PERFECT!!! The Ashley’s Outlet was amazing! Nate greeted us right when we walked in and told all about the deals going on. He was very helpful and attentive. He was also very knowledgeable about all options, availability, and timeframes for deliveries/pickups. He even helped move some items out of the way so that the stroller could actually fit through. Very pleased and will be back.

I had a fantastic experience looking for a new mattress. Jorleen seems very knowledgeable about the products. She explained to me the differences between Ashley brand mattress and Tempur pedic mattress. I definitely liked the cooling system of the mattress. She is so sweet and not pushy which made me feel comfortable. I really don't like stores that try pushing a sale down your throat. She was very patient with me since I am very picky with selecting mattresses. After learning about both brands I will definitely choose the one with the cooIing system. I told her I will communicate with my husband and we both will go back to look for her and make a purchase for that mattress. I totally recommend everyone to ask for Jorleen and you will have a great experience at Carrollton location. Thank you Jorleen for your help and for teaching me about these mattresses.
